We had to design a service which uses open data for administration and health. First, we defined the limit of the subject: we decided to match health with stress and administration with the waiting time in administration services. The application looks like a 2.0 agenda: you put your timetable inside, then the app will notify you when it is time to perform the tasks. Open data aims at collecting data about the flow of people, the number of people present in stores etc.
